Paying via credit card
Shopping
could not be easier. Browse our shop, add the products you require to your
shopping basket and when you have finished, proceed to the checkout and fill
out the requested information, creating your own unique password to make
shopping easier the next time you visit. You can check or amend the contents
of your basket at any time. Security is probably the biggest concern for
both the consumer and the retailer during an on-line transaction, so at Stick-n-Mix
we use a secure debit/credit card processing system, this is provided by
Nochex. Please note that goods will only be dispatched to the registered
cardholders address.
Payment via PayPal
If
you already have a PayPal account you may prefer to make payment using PayPal's
secure payment system. Even if you do not currently have a PayPal account
you can choose this option
at checkout and make payment through PayPal using a Credit or Debit card
and open a PayPal account at the same time. One of the benefits of using
PayPal to make online payments is that you only need to enter your email
address and password to make an instant payment and you know the person or
company you are paying will never see your card details.
Payment via cheque or postal order
If you are unable to or prefer not to pay via credit card then use our shopping cart facility and at the end of the process choose "sterling cheque" as your method of purchase. This will create an invoice for you. Print a copy of the invoice and send it to us together with your cheque or postal order. If cheques have not been received by Stick-n-Mix within 7 days of receiving your order, the order will be cancelled. When ordering by post and paying by cheque, please note that as per standard banking practice, we allow 5 full working days after receipt of your cheque to allow for clearance through the banking system before we dispatch your goods. Please make all cheques payable to Stick-n-Mix. We are only able to accept cheques drawn in pounds sterling from UK bank accounts.
Postage and packing:
UK orders are sent wherever possible by Royal Mail first class post. Larger orders will be sent by parcel force standard delivery.
Orders from Europe and the rest of the world are sent by airmail.

Processing and delivery of your goods
We aim to process all orders received and paid for within 48 hours, but please allow 7 days before enquiring about your order if you have not received it.
Refunds and returns
When ordering goods over the Internet, you are entitled to preview your purchase for up to seven days within your own home. If within those seven days you decide not to purchase the product, you are entitled to return them to Stick-n-Mix unopened and in their original, saleable condition for a full refund less the cost of the postage. When returning goods, please include your original invoice stating on it the reason for returning the items.
*Please note, Stick-n-Mix will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit, so we advise that you obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office when returning goods to us.
If your purchase is faulty
In the unlikely event that you goods arrive damaged, Please notify Stick-n-Mix within three days of receipt. Return the faulty goods to us within five days of receipt enclosing a copy of your invoice stating on it the reason for returning the item and your choice of either a replacement or full refund. Upon receipt of the faulty goods, Stick-n-Mix will honour your choice of an exchange or full refund including postage costs incurred.

Out of stock Items
In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply you with any of the items you have ordered due to them becoming out of stock. We will notify you before your order is processed, giving you the option of choosing an alternative product or partial refund on your order.
Minimum order
The minimum order that Stick-n-Mix can accept is £5.00 plus postage and packing.

Please note that all sizes quoted within this web site are approximate.
